- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g wheat flour
- 100 ml oil (or melted butter)

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).
- Prepare the Cottage Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and oil until well combined into a smooth mixture.
- Add Flour and Baking Powder: Sift the flour and baking powder into the cheese mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
- Optional Add-ins: If desired, add lemon zest, raisins, or walnuts to the batter and mix gently.
- Baking: Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper (such as a round cake pan) and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the top turns golden brown. Test with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
